Taylors
is an Appointed Representative of Sesame which
is the UK's leading supplier of intermediary services to Independent Financial
Advisers. We are located in the Park / Charing
Cross area of the city where there is ample street
parking.
Our Principal Graham Taylor
has over 30 years experience in financial services
having previously worked for Barclays Financial
Services and Standard Life with earlier spells
in banking and stockbroking before becoming an
independent financial adviser. Graham holds the
Certificate in Financial Planning granted by
the Chartered Insurance Institute as well as the
Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice from
the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
We are fully independent and have no allegiance
to any investment house, life office or lender.
Our aim is to find the best solution to each individual's
specific needs. Payment for our services can be
by commission or by fee.
We arrange a lot of protection and pension plans
and are also very active in the mortgage market
but our greatest strength lies in our investment
business. We treat each client equally whether
they are just wanting to arrange a regular contribution
ISA or wishing to discuss a large inheritance.
Our clients have over £6 million currently
invested with major financial institutions. This
figure has been achieved by careful fund manager
selection and, more importantly, careful fund
selection. We select managers and funds based
on consistent performance and accreditations,
with the clients attitude to investment risk being
of paramount consideration.
We issue a Newsletter twice a year keeping clients
up to date with the financial markets and their
own investments are regularly reviewed.
We can arrange out of hours appointments, including
Saturday mornings and are particularly happy to
visit you in your own home either during the day
or in the evening if you prefer.
For mortgage advice you can choose how we are
paid: pay a fee, usually 1.0% of the loan e.g.
a loan of £60,000 would attract a fee of
£600 or we can accept a commission from
the lender.
Your home may be repossessed if you do
not keep up repayments on your mortgage. |
